Albedo Map from Diffuse
MAP: ALBEDO (DIFFUSE)

An Albedo Map represents the color component in Physically Based Rendering (PBR). Albedo maps are tuned to a luminance based on the material type it is representing. This value is expressed in both Linear and sRGB color spaces. The Albeo from Diffuse map takes a color map as an input and allows the user to adjust shadow and highlights down as well as level the image to match the required luminance.

INPUTS:

Color Texture / Diffuse Map - A texture or color image.

PROPERTIES:

Shadow Slider Decrease the amount of dark pixels in the image.
Highlights Slider Decrease the amount of light pixels in the image.
Level Slider Increase or Decrease the overall luminance of the image.
Linear Number A read-only value representing the current luminance of the image in linear color space.
sRGB Number A read-only value representing the current luminance of the image in sRGB color space.
Preserve Alpha Checkbox If checked the alpha of the input image is passed on to this map.
